It's been a while since we made updates to the Ovi Contacts client, so it is about time to share some of the progress again. Today we have an update for the Ovi Contacts client for S60 5th Ed and 3rd Ed FP2 devices.

Good news from the Ovi Maps team - we've updated maps.ovi.com and packed in heaps of bug fixes. Most of all, we have worked hard on improving the Ovi Maps experience on Safari for Macintosh, and we have also added plugin support for Firefox 3.5.
We have also added support for 4 additional languages! You can now view Ovi Maps in Spanish, French, German or Italian. More languages will be coming online over the next months.

On behalf of the Maps team we are pleased to announce that Ovi Maps for mobile has now graduated from Beta Labs. It has been a long old journey since we first launched it to Beta Labs back in December last year and we now feel that the product is finally ready for the public.

Wow. What an enthusiastic response. During the past three days, after launching Nokia Ovi Suite 2.0 beta, we have received hundreds and hundreds of feedback posts, reviews, blog posts, tweets, and other rants and raves. Thank you all. We devour everything, with an insatiable appetite. This is valuable stuff.
